Quality Assurance System

At SUPSI, “quality” means encouraging a working and study environment that guarantees the quality of the results produced within the institutional training, research and service provision mandates, and, more generally, the quality of the entire School. In order to implement these concepts, which have been in existence for years, SUPSI has set up a customised Quality Assurance System (QAS), linked to its four-year strategy and its values and considers the specific characteristics of both the School itself and its affiliates.

Speaker: Nadine Shenton

The SUPSI Quality Assurance System consists of:

  • The Quality Policy and Strategy (QPS) which describes the basic principles related to the development and management of quality within the SUPSI.
  • The Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) which defines the outlines, including organisational and management, of the Quality assurance system.
  • The Quality Handbook (QH) which collects and describes in detail the key processes considered a priority for the School and the operating methods of the Quality Assurance System for each of them. In order to take into account the specificities of the affiliated schools, there is a specific variant of QHs for each.
