we are delighted to publish the conference proceedings/article/publication with XXX.
In Switzerland at the moment we are requested at a national level to publish Open Access.
I have some questions about the accessibility of your publication:
1. Can we include in the contract shared non exclusive rights for both you and my institution? the contract requires the exclusive transfer of all rights to you, but according to our national guidelines for Open Access we are strongly discouraged to transfer exclusive rights.
2. Is it possible to include the Green Open Access? At the moment the contract doesn’t mention it and it is necessary to ask your authorisation to archive the articles on institutional repositories.
